Privacy Policy

This is a translation for convenience. In case of doubt, the German version of this policy is the binding one.

Controller

Principle

This website is deliberately kept lean. It sets no cookies, loads no fonts, maps, videos or scripts from third parties, and uses no analytics or tracking services. There is no user account and no contact form.

Server log files

When you open this website, our host automatically processes the access data your browser transmits: the page requested, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the referrer, your browser type and your IP address. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to keep its operation secure.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is not combined with other sources.

Hosting

This website is hosted by DigitalOcean, LLC, 105 Edgeview Drive, Suite 425, Broomfield, CO 80021, USA. The host processes the access data named above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process the information you provide solely in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete messages as soon as they are no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

Our apps

Which data an app processes depends on the app. The privacy notice that applies to each app can be found on that app’s own page.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
